We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you join our newsletter, purchase a ticket, attend an event, contact us, report a safety concern, or otherwise interact with us.

Ticket and attendee data. When you buy a ticket, Ticket Tailor may collect and provide us with your name, email address, ticket and order details, and other information needed to administer your attendance. Payment card details are processed by Ticket Tailor and/or Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card details.

Newsletter data. When you join our early list or newsletter, we collect your name, email address, city or country, and your consent to receive marketing communications through Brevo.

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. Payment details are handled by Ticket Tailor and/or Stripe, according to their respective privacy notices. You may find Stripe's privacy notice here: https://stripe.com/en-es/privacy.

Photos and videos. Photographs and videos made at our events may contain identifiable attendees. We may process this material for event documentation and promotion, in accordance with applicable law and any consent requirements.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information - such as your Internet Protocol (IP) and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect limited technical information when you visit or use the Services. This may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services. We use this information to operate, secure, and measure website performance. We do not request precise GPS location from your device.

Ticket administration and attendee management. We process ticket and attendee information to fulfil ticket purchases, manage transfers, provide event access, communicate important event information, and support the safe operation of our events.

Newsletter and marketing. We process your name, email address, city or country, and consent to send newsletters and event updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Event media and communications. We may use event photographs and videos for documentation and promotion, and process messages to respond to questions, accessibility requests, safety concerns, or misconduct reports.

Security and legal compliance. We process technical data to maintain website security and reliability, and retain information where necessary for accounting, tax, legal claims, or other legal obligations.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Legitimate Interests. We process limited information where necessary for our legitimate interests, such as basic event administration, website security, fraud prevention, responding to enquiries, and documenting or promoting events, while balancing those interests against your rights and expectations.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We share personal information only with providers that help us run ticketing, payments, newsletters, website hosting, analytics, security, and event promotion.

Ticket Tailor and Stripe. Ticket Tailor processes ticket orders and attendee information. Ticket Tailor and/or Stripe process payments. Their own privacy notices govern their processing of information on their platforms.

Brevo. We use Brevo to collect and manage newsletter subscriptions and send marketing communications. Newsletter data is transferred to Brevo when you submit the signup form and consent to the processing described there.

Website, analytics, and security providers. We use Vercel for website hosting, analytics, and performance insights; Meta Pixel for event promotion and advertising measurement; and Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse on the newsletter form. These providers may process technical information such as IP address, device, and usage data.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect the safety of attendees, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use Google Maps APIs, Google Analytics, ad networks, or remarketing services on this website.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We use limited technical cookies and tracking technologies for website operation, analytics, performance measurement, security, and event promotion.

The website includes Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, Meta Pixel, and Google reCAPTCHA. These services may use cookies, scripts, or similar technologies to collect technical and usage information. Meta Pixel is used for event promotion and measurement. Google reCAPTCHA is used to help prevent automated abuse of the newsletter form.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Analytics advertising features, Google Maps, or remarketing services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where consent is required for non-essential tracking, it should be obtained through the site's consent mechanism before that tracking is activated.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.
